A. SITE ANALYSIS / UNDERSTANDING YOUR REQUIREMENTS / DEFINING MAJOR STAKES AND INTENTIONS

Each project begins with a concise analysis of the site’s physical and cultural context—landscape, boundaries, views, microclimate, nuisances, the built and natural environment, and history—in order to grasp the main characteristics and the spirit of the place.

Combined with an understanding of your specific requirements, aspirations, ways of inhabiting space, budget, and local regulations, this analysis helps identify the key stakes and the functional, aesthetic, and technical intentions the project must address.

This phase is essential, as it provides the foundation that inspires and nurtures ideas unique to your project, from which the layout and morphology of the building begin to emerge.

Our Approach

There are 3 major phases in the way we closely collaborate with you from the Design to the Building process, which is a progressive evolution from the general to the detailed.

During this process we are committed to:

Help you make informed decisions in each milestone of your project

Be on your side, act in your best interest

Create a thoughtful process and add value to your property and experience

B.EXPLORING VARIOUS DIRECTIONS / SKETCHING IN CLOSE DISCUSSIONS WITH YOU / ESTABLISH CONCEPT

Through quick sketches we explore different spatial scenarios and, through close dialogue with you, select the solution that best responds to your needs. Establishing the right concept—integrating all major parameters—and agreeing on the overall arrangement is essential before the project develops further.

In every project we seek to maximize the potential of the site, integrate the building harmoniously into its landscape and environment, optimize spaces, and refine every detail.

C.PROJECT DEVELOPEMENT UP TO DETAILS
GUIDING YOU STEP BY STEP

Once the main concept is defined, the project progresses into deeper development and detailing, through the authorities' approval stages and up to the preparation of detailed construction drawings.

Our approach follows a progressive evolution from the general to the specific. You are guided step by step, with each phase validated together before moving to the next.

Within our commitment to sustainability, we apply simple bioclimatic principles to achieve thermal comfort and wellbeing in the living spaces we design. For clients wishing to go further, we also propose the Passive House design approach—creating highly efficient, environmentally responsible, and healthier interiors without necessarily increasing project costs.

Through this process, we see architecture as a creative and efficient response to a multidimensional challenge, integrating diverse parameters in a balanced synthesis of aesthetics, functionality, and technical performance, where constraints become catalysts for creativity.
