This six-apartment building was designed with a focus on optimizing the limited allowed area, maximizing both functionality and the scenic views of the town and the sea, while ensuring privacy and comfort.

The design emphasizes open floor plan that creates a sense of flow between the indoor living areas and the outdoor verandas. Large sliding glass doors seamlessly extend the living spaces into the verandas, while maximizing natural light and ventilation.

To maintain a minimalist and clean design aesthetic, simple yet elegant lines were used throughout, with an emphasis on uncluttered surfaces and modern materials. The building’s façade is characterized by white vertical folding elements, extending to the verandas overhangs, expressing the ascending movement of the vertical circulation core, and symbolizes the spiritual elevation to a higher quality of living.

The facades incorporate sun-shading features, carefully integrated into the design, reducing heat gain while allowing for ample natural light and maintaining views.
