The existing villa built in the 90s, is situated on a hill of Kissonerga in the region of Pafos

The goal was to extend it to four additional bedroom units, upgrade it into a luxury and contemporary villa, and optimize the amazing sea views of the location, on 180degrees.

 

 At the same time it was intended to preserve the classical character and shape of the building, harmoniously integrated in the mountainous and more traditional landscape of the village.

 

The interior main day living rooms are transformed into open plan and generous spaces with large openings on the outdoors. While an additional floor is created for the luxury en suite bedroom unit with veranda and jacuzzi over the sea view.

The external pool and living room veranda are unified and extended with a deck, giving a floating feeling over the cliff, and sea skyline.
